Anyone who knows me knows my cat!

Tikka Rose was introduced to me through Alberta Sphynx Rescue. She has been a delightful addition to my family for the past two years and loves to help with everything… EVERYTHING! She attends most zoom meetings and will even pop in to your session at no additional charge if you like. She also respects your privacy if you’d rather not have her join.

When I’m not in session or preparing for sessions, you’ll likely find me off exploring and metal detecting something abandoned (with permission). People often ask what is the coolest thing I’ve ever found. Interestingly, the coolest isn’t the most valuable. My favourite find was a 1935 monopoly piece I found on an abandoned beach.

I love the sun. Gardening grounds me, paddle boarding calms me, and being on the deck drawing while I wait for the BBQ fills me with gratitude. So what about winter? I try, I really do. I snow shoe when the weather is right, but mostly I hibernate. I do art, play with cats, learn, do yoga… anything that involves staying warm. I also love musical theatre.
